Interview Preparation

Whether you have been called for an interview or expect to be called soon. It is a good idea to start thinking about doing a simulator interview preparation. Such preparation will greatly increase your odds of being hired and will also give you a good feel for weather or not you are well prepared.

Each Airline has specific profiles they will have you fly during your interview process. Interview preparations generally include short briefings of the aircraft to be used, as well as reviewing regulations and instrument procedures. Techniques such as CRM, take off and approach briefing, holdings are also covered.
Interview prep courses usually last 3 to 4 hours (1 hour briefing, 2 hours in the simulator and de-brief).
